Anxiety, at the right level, is perfect for us because it helps us function well and stay on top of our responsibilities in life. But for many of us, it can overtake our minds and cause us misery and stress.

Depression hurts and makes everything look dark. Sometimes, life is tough, so feeling sad, losing interest in things we used to enjoy, and not taking good care of ourselves makes sense. However, there are times when life is pretty good, yet we still find ourselves unable to enjoy it. That can be very frustrating and make us wonder what is wrong.

Anxiety and depression are widespread problems and can often go hand in hand. It helps to talk about them with someone you trust and who possesses the skills to help you overcome them.

If you stick with it, it will feel more natural and become your new normal. As a result, you will feel much more relaxed, confident and able to enjoy life.
